One of my go-to cake designs is the swirl design. At least, that's what I call it. You don't have to be an excellent artist or cake decorator to do this and that's why I love it!
I'll be using the same cake I used yesterday. Start with making a blob. Like that for technical terms? There's no rhyme or reason...just a blob.
Finish off by piping (using a pastry bag with a tip) dots around the bottom. It really finishes off the cake.
