It is wrong! I love Christmas, and I love the decorations everywhere but in September?! When I worked at Hallmark we would put our ornaments out in the summer. I thought that was so crazy.
Sigh, I've seen this too. (Were we at the same mall, hee hee?) I think if you polled everyone in North America, most would say they don't really want to see holiday decorations up in September. Sheesh.
