We had an interesting Thanksgiving Day. The craziest thing that happened was that at about 11:30 the power goes out! With the stuffing in the oven and other vegetables needing to be cooked. Luckily, my dad deep fries the turkey, so that wasn't affected, except for the fact that he couldn't use the electric knife to carve it, so he had to do it by hand. It came on about 45 minutes later.
We kind of did our Thanksgiving in shifts. Mandi, Pep, and Evan came over for lunch. Then, Matt and his clan came over for dinner.

This is my favorite picture! I "borrowed" my niece's hair to see what I would look like with long hair (she's standing behind me)! What do ya think??

Hey - It was an interesting day, but an OH SO FUN DAY!!!! I love the pics too! That is a great picture of Bo and Clint. That day seemed to be Clint's day - at least with the nephews!!!

Reminds me of one time when my husband and I drove to visit my stepmother and brother for Thanksgiving. When we arrived, my brother was walking around outside with hardly any hair and covered in grime. My stepmother had told me he was having behavior problems ... but I didn't expect this! I was instantly depressed at the sight of him. Well, it turned out that he had somehow burned his hair off that week, and then that day, the power went out, so he had been trying to help the electrician with something, and that's why he was dirty! And here I thought he was really far gone....
